Production SDD for Qwen Code CLI. Part 2

This course is the second, applied course of the SDD textbook. The first course teaches the basic SDD cycle on AgentClinic: constitution, feature specification, plan, verifiable facts, implementation, review, and replanning. The second course transfers the same cycle into production scenarios: legacy traces, validators, multi-agent checks, Spec CI, metrics, model budgets, and limited auto-remediation.
