Using SDD in Development for Qwen Code CLI. Applied Course

This is the second, applied part of the textbook. The first part teaches the basic SDD cycle on AgentClinic: constitution, feature specification, plan, verifiable facts, implementation, review, and replanning. The second part transfers the same cycle into production scenarios: legacy trails, validators, multi-agent checks, Spec CI, metrics, model budgets, and limited auto-remediation.
